I love bacon. A recent trip to a buffet showed me that a whole lot of other people (with a variety of waistlines) feel the same way. I thought I would use a neat tool called Google Trends to pinpoint when, why, and where people are loving bacon the most. I also wanted to find out if bacon was more popular than, say… politicians? let’s see:
Bacon vs. John McCain:
Winner= Bacon
Bacon vs. Hillary Clinton
Winner= Bacon
Bacon vs. Mike Huckabee
Winner=Bacon
Bacon vs. Nancy Pelosi
Landslide Winner= Bacon
Bacon vs. Barack Obama
Winner= Barack Obama
So even in a time when American politics take the limelight, bacon reigns supreme to most politicians. A Bacon/Obama ticket? Sounds Good!
